The downtown infill project is separate from California Forever’s larger proposed new city in Solano County, which remains in the environmental phase. Suisun City expects two additional property sales to be completed in the next few months, while a development agreement could take six to 12 months to negotiate and potentially be completed in mid-to-late 2027.
