Hey all! I was super hyped about the announcement of Sonic Colors Ultimate during SEGA's Sonic Central livestream the other day! Colors is legit one of my favorite games in the series and I CAN'T WAIT to play through the game all over again :D
To celebrate the game's announcement I though it would be fun to do arrangements of all the game's level themes in the style of Sonic Generation's "white world" hub themes. This took a surprisingly long time to put together (feels like I've been working on it nonstop for the past 3 days) but it was definitely worth it!

Fun Fact: this song was originally going to be a credits theme but our game didnt end up having a formal credits roll like the last one I worked on. My team was running short on time and we needed to submit the project as soon as possible, so I sort of cut the theme to work as a level theme last minute.
This version of the song is actually much longer than the one that made it into the final game, but it was the way I always intended for it to be listened to.

Yayyyy!!! Its finally done!
This one took me quite a while but heres a remix I did of Splash Canyon in the style of a Sonic Racing Crossworlds track! I tried super hard to keep the spirit of the original track while also introducing some more modern sound design techniques like the vocal chops, dubstep bass wubs, and the rave lead that comes in at the end of the final lap. This track was super fun to work on and I might do more Crossworlds style remixes because theyve honestly been a blast. Hope yall enjoy!
