Hey all, here's a track I've been working on the last couple of days! I've been larning to use a new software that allows me to split .vgm of files of Sega Genesis music into their individual stems and have been putting it to the test by remixing old Sega Genesis songs in a "new" style (kind of like the Act 1 remixes in Sonic Generations). Here's my take on Masato Nakamura's Green Hill Zone that I had an insane amount of fun making!
I might do more music like this in the future, we'll see.

And heres the final song I composed for Its Complicated!
Fun Fact: this song was originally going to be a credits theme but our game didnt end up having a formal credits roll like the last one I worked on. My team was running short on time and we needed to submit the project as soon as possible, so I sort of cut the theme to work as a level theme last minute.
This version of the song is actually much longer than the one that made it into the final game, but it was the way I always intended for it to be listened to.

Yayyyy!!! Its finally done!
This one took me quite a while but heres a remix I did of Splash Canyon in the style of a Sonic Racing Crossworlds track! I tried super hard to keep the spirit of the original track while also introducing some more modern sound design techniques like the vocal chops, dubstep bass wubs, and the rave lead that comes in at the end of the final lap. This track was super fun to work on and I might do more Crossworlds style remixes because theyve honestly been a blast. Hope yall enjoy!

Heres the Snow theme I worked on for the NSMBW in Super Mario Maker mod! I had a ton of fun with this one! I knew from the start that I wanted to use some whimsical violins and trombone. The pads and glockenspiel were also a treat to work on.
