Private racetracks have existed for years — built for sanctioned racing and the weekend track-day driver. Brad Oleshansky came home from a few meetings with a different idea: what if you flip the model and rent the track to the industry instead?

His garage owners use it a few hours a week. Everyone else's private track sits open seven days a week with no one showing up. That one reframe is what finally made him decide to build — and became the foundation of The Motor Enclave.
