South Africa’s property rights debate has taken another dramatic turn.
 
In this episode of Newsflash, Joe Emilio examines a controversial argument that expropriation without compensation may already be affecting South Africa, not through dramatic land seizures, but through growing uncertainty surrounding property rights, investment security and government policy.
