hey friends!
it’s currently 4am as i type this but i really wanted to grind this video out and also what i get for procrastinating on editing by playing animal crossing 😤 anyway, here’s a what i eat in a week!
i mostly wanted to film/share this as a way to keep myself accountable since i’ve been snacking an obscene amount in quarantine. i thought by documenting it, i’d be more aware of true hunger vs mindless eating. and as the days went on, i realized,,,, really eat the same things. but realistic!! and lazy!!! woe is me!!!!! regardless i hope you enjoyed.
also pls don't judge; i know the amount of toast i had is not "healthy" but we're TRYING to find BALANCE. ;-------;
