shout out to the other people who tried work out challenges because of #quarantine. 🤠😤🤟🏻

i have a lot of Thoughts about doing fitness challenges for “results” but i’m happily surprised by how this turned out — mostly because i truly enjoyed doing the exercises despite being tired/unmotivated at times. i know these kinds of videos can stem negative thoughts & comparing bodies; buuuut i hope you focus on your own ~journey~ and focus on how you feel vs how you look. (!!!!!!!!!) this is something i continue to struggle with but 😔 we can do it!
