A full day of eating in a day of my life. I started ✨intuitively✨cutting finally, after a year of bulking and weight lifting. I do not currently track, but am mindful of protein and calories.

Meal 1:
Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1-2 scoops Dymatize Strawberry Protein Powder

Meal 2:
Kabocha Squash: Seasoned with cinammon, pumpkin spice, salt, pepper, chili flakes, honey.
Tofu and Natto: with ponzu and sriracha

Snack:
Blueberries

Meal 3:
Spaghetti Squash:
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in oven at 400F for 40min.
Meat Sauce: I use this recipe but I add 2 extra tablespoons of brown sugar and a little extra salt to taste.
