Two-year-old Ava lives with a rare genetic condition which means her parents don’t know if she will ever be able to walk.

Thanks to funding from BBC Children in Need, Ava attends Snaps, where she receives specialist support from a physiotherapist to improve her mobility through many forms of therapies such as hydrotherapy and bounce therapy!
