In this video, we take a look at all 600+ pages of a 1963 Grossman Music Corporation wholesale music instrument dealer catalog. Grossman was a wholesale distribution company based in Cleveland, OH. Kind of like Kaman or Harris Teller today, they had a little of everything, including Supro guitars and amps, Harmony guitars and amps, Kay guitars and amps, Martin Guitars, Kay upright basses and cellos, Rogers Drums (endorsed by Buddy Rich and Louis Bellson), Laredo guitars, Martin ukuleles, Harmony ukes, banjos, tiples, Dixie bano ukes, DeArmond Pickups and accessories, Ace and Bobby Lee straps, picks, Gibson and Epiphone strings, books, Grover hardware, Trophy products, microphones by Shure, Kent, Turner, and Electro-Voice, Palmer pickups, Mayfair pickups, Hohner Accordions and Harmonicas, Rondini, Masterfonic, Rheem Kee Bass and Mark VII ads, Autoharps, violins, violas, cellos, Lavelle brass, Hamilton woodwinds, SML, Louis Lot, Remo, Zildjian Cymbals, Deagan Marimbas and Xylophones... There's something here for everyone. Quite a trip down nostalgia lane. It's like stepping into a small town, mom and pop music shop circa 1963!
