British Columbia is "sitting it out" when it comes to Canada's economic growth, says former premier Christy Clark.

Speaking at The Globe's Intersect conference in Vancouver, Clark argued the province has gone from helping drive the national economy to watching from the sidelines in the nearly decade since she left office.
