By itself, this episode about those extra miscellaneous settings for Milky Way Photography is not going to be anyone's favorite, but it helps us continue to flesh out our discussion on camera settings for this Two Minute Tip series. This episode is about keeping control over your image's post-processing by not letting the camera do any noise reduction of its own. The negatives of letting your camera do in-body processing to your images completely outweigh the possible positives. After you do these three extra steps in your camera settings, you will have full autonomy over how your final image is post-processed and the quality will be entirely in your hands!
June is the mid-point of the Milky Way Photography Season and marks the final month for Panorama Milky Way Photography. To celebrate that I am releasing a new Two Minute Tip video every day teaching a new aspect of Milky Way Photography! Today is Miscellaneous Settings and tomorrow is Color Balance!
