Supplements might not be what you think they are. They’re not necessarily “safe” or “effective”, thanks to the Dietary Health and Supplement Act, they’re just exempt from FDA regulation.
And they’re VERY easy to sell. Unlike drugs, which require evidence, supplements are treated like “food.” So be wary of what you’re purchasing, or you might be the lab rat.
