Update! After filming this video I did asking WhamBam why the build plate was smaller than my original Creality CR-10S Pro build plate, they had informed me that the 300mmx300mm was actually the build sized of my printer not actually the size of my bed. The CR-10S Pro uses a 320mmx310mm build system. They did let me know that If I would have contacted them before opening, I could have exchanged it for the correct size so I guess now they do exchanges. They have been very kind so if you need any help with your system you can email them or even DM them on Instagram:) Sorry for not putting it in the view:)
