Following on from the trip to my local Saw Mill, I grabbed the large piece of Oak I bought and finished turned a bowl.

No rough turning and left the wood over a short period of time to do what it wanted. Fortunately no cracking but some interesting warping in the wood.

Finished off with Danish oil after I had flattened off the base.
