Looking directly west on the night of December 12-13, 2021 in Concordia, KS. Over 12 hours of photos compressed into 77 seconds. There was a small amount of precipitation that night, motion lights turning on and off as traffic passed by and aircraft flying over periodically (the streaks of light you see).

If you look closely, Polaris is in the upper right hand corner. Its concentric circular path is so tiny that it appears stationary. Watch how the other stars spin around it. That's the center of the Firmament.
