Set amongst the stunning beauty of the Badlands of South Dakota, nine years after the Massacre of Wounded Knee, the Lakota people on Pine Ridge Reservation live in poverty. When a mysterious stranger, Henry Seed, arrives to this desolate area, eerie, inexplicable, and deadly events follow him. The locals believe Henry Seed is a supernatural demon seeking retribution and revenge for their sins against the Indians. With their faith faltering, they turn to the Lakota tribe spiritual leader, Little Thunder, to help.
