Rawr! Introducing Rex’s Dino Store, a new public art exhibition located in Grand Army Plaza (2/3) station.
Led by artists Sarah Cassidy and Akiva Leffert, Rex's is a one stop “shop” for all things prehistoric, like nest goods, “Mucirex,“ and “Meteoritos.”
This project is part of the MTA’s Vacant Unit Activation Program, which aims to fill underutilized spaces in the subway system with creative non-traditional uses to make stations more welcoming and vibrant for riders.
