If you've been around for a while, you know the past year hasn't exactly gone according to plan.
After years of living in Italy, studying Italian, falling in love, and building a life there, things took an unexpected turn. A visa denial completely upended my plans and left me feeling lost, frustrated, and pretty dang bitter for a while.
For the first time in my life, I had absolutely no idea what came next.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I was spending so much time mourning the life I thought I was supposed to have that I forgot to enjoy the life I actually have.
So as I head into my 30th year, I'm choosing something different.
This summer, I'm on a mission to bring more joy, creativity, presence, and light back into my everyday life. No grand transformation, no perfect plan, just a commitment to making life a little brighter, one day at a time.
