I think this is similar to the kind of stuck you get where you can infinite boost, but as unmorphed Samus. Not entirely sure though. I don't know what useful thing could be done with this. It seemed to happen when I hit Samus' head to become stuck in sticky collision rather than the side of her which is what normally happens.
