This is an odd issue I'm having with one album on my iPhone SE 64 GB. I don't know what is causing the issue, as it is only this one album. I have the newest version of iOS and even after force restarting the phone I couldn't fix the issue. If anyone from Apple is watching, please let me know what the issue is or address the problem in a future update.
