Why wait several months for something to get restocked in stores or pay ridiculous scalper prices on eBay when you can just order the thing straight from Nintendo? That's what I did with the GameCube controller adapter for the Wii U. As for the white controller, I just ordered it off Amazon along with a few other things to keep shipping prices down.
