This seven-year-old body builder is stronger than most at her age as she has been showing off some impressive weightlifting skills. Arina Lukanina, Seven, has been training with her dad for a year and has been lifting heavy weights preparing to take part in an upcoming weightlifting competition. Proud dad Vladislav Lukanin, 38, a weightlifting coach, and a former World champion athlete has also been coaching and capturing his daughters journey in the gym. Vladislav said: "Today she is the champion of the open weightlifting tournament in Sochi. However, she is still too small, due to age restrictions, she cannot yet compete in other competitions. "Many people already know her, so they invite her to participate in the opening of weightlifting tournaments with a demonstration performance. Arina has a good technique for her age, so she is ideal candidate to promote children's sports. "I did not see the future of Arina in weightlifting so my wife took her to the rhythmic gymnastics section instead. "But the more Arina came to the weightlifting hall, the more often she began to say that she wanted to lift the barbell. She can now squat 40KG. "Doing weightlifting is her independent choice today. No one persuaded her, no one forced her. A huge role was played by the fact that she was brought up in a sports family. Therefore, no one was surprised when she made such a choice."
