This is the first recipe of my weight loss series. Oat banku or swallow. If you love your banku/swallow and you want something else to replace it in order for you to lose some weight, then this is what you need. Very simple and easy to make - hope you enjoy it.

***Ingredients***

3 cups of Oats
3 cups of water
1tbsp Vinegar (you can use apple cider vinegar) (optional)
salt to taste (optional)
