I know kenkey making can be very tricky sometimes. Getting it right is very difficult when making your own at home so I have come up with this recipe so you don't have to stress about making the perfect kenkey. You are guaranteed the perfect kenkey every time with this recipe.

***Ingredients***

1500g Corn dough (divide into three equal parts)
1 litre Water plus a further 1 cup when making the banku
11/2 tbsp Salt
