I started a weight loss quilt in November of last year. It was basically a habit tracker in quilt form meant as a motivational tool.

It worked for a while. I lost 30lbs. But I’ve now gained some of it back!

In this video, I talk about what derailed me and the psychology I’ll be using going forward to try to get myself unstuck.

I am planning to finish this quilt one way or the other by the end of the year.
