This week brownkidd and YaYa review two Marvel titles: Original Sin #2 and The Amazing Spider-Man #2, as well as Saga #19 from Image.
Original Sin #2 continues Marvel's crossover event as the Avengers come one step closer to discovering who is behind the death of the Watcher and who stole his eyeballs. Doctor Strange and the Punisher get chummy in a weird dimension, monster corpses are appearing at the center of the Earth for no good reason, The Mindless ones seem to be evolving, and we also get a look at some z-list characters such as Exterminatrix and The Orb.
In The Amazing Spider-Man #2, Silk seems to be studying Spidey's past fights, Peter Parker tells the Avengers and Anna Maria that his mind was taken over by Doc Ock and he pretty much has no clue what's going on in his life. Meanwhile, Electro's powers are out of whack and Black Cat is up to something.
In Saga Chapter Nineteen, it seems our favorite family-on-the-run has found some semblance of normalcy on a distant planet. Alana has taken up a job working as an actress for the Open Circuit, Marko is laying low and taking care of baby Hazel, and we get to meet a cute new purple bat chick character who possibly has the hots for Marko. After escaping numerous bounty hunters and risking their lives, it looks like Marko and Alana's relationship is about to reach its ultimate breaking point.
