Just messing around with WebTV on the flycast emulator for android on my samsung s10.
You can download the WebTV Dreamcast rom from here: turdinc.kicks-ass.net/LinkCount/click.php?id=HackTV_FlyCast

And the flycast emulator for android here: flyinghead.github.io/flycast-builds all you need to do after you install it is download the webtv rom from the link above and dreamcast bios (search google) then set the dir for your roms and set the dir for the bios in the settings and your all set. You can run this emu on pretty much anything now like iOS, XBOX, etc...
