Otsu is situated to the northeast of Kyoto city. It's at the bottom of lake Biwa, which is a major source of water for Kyoto. In this video I proclaimed that we were going to visit Lake Biwa, but before doing so we stopped by Omijingu Shrine to try on a Hakama. Hakama is a kimono with a pleated skirt. The video doesn't really have a good ending because my phone ran out of space! But we really did enjoy ourselves. :)
