I'm on my third vile! That's the 1:10 ratio of my grass and birch pollen allergy shot. I take two Reactine pills one hour before each shot. I'm getting my shots weekly at this point. Soon it'll be biweekly and then monthly. I haven't tried reintroduceing food yet. Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help share my experiences!
