I am so excited to share this project and I am extremely proud of how it came out. It took me a long time to figure it all out, and there were other videos I needed to finish, but it is finally done and I am so happy with it. This is my first big original story project, I have never done anything like it before, and I hope to one day write it all out properly. I wasn't planning on making a prologue, but I felt I needed to provide a bit of background information before diving into the stories for each individual weapon. If you have not already seen my trailer for this series, I would suggest watching that first since it has an overview of what this series will be about. This video jumps right into the beginning. I think it makes sense though, even without reading the story in the description, but let me know if you have questions. As always, feedback is appreciated. Not sure when I will complete more parts of this, but hopefully soon~

Story:
We knew our peaceful lives could not last forever, and that one day the unknown celestial forces of nature would appear to take back what was once theirs. Extinction is inevitable, but there is no reason why we cannot try to delay it.
The government had secretly established a special unit consisting of armed forces as well as a research division to develop new weapons. These weapons were to be equipped with unique capabilities to combat the anticipated attack on the planet. The frontline of this special forces unit was run by Ellis and Lisa, the perfect husband and wife duo. Ellis was an experienced soldier, now named Captain of the unit, and Lisa was a genius scientist, leading the weapons creation. The idea was to synthesize a living being, capable of moving and thinking on its own, and have it embody the supernatural abilities of the specific weapon's design.
Preparations for the invasion had been ongoing for so long and when that day came, we were ready to launch our countermeasures. The army sprung right into action and went on ahead to try to slow the invasion's advances until the weapon, Project Bombshell, was ready for use. Ellis bravely led the troops into the chaos while Lisa released the weapon.
Upon emerging from her confinements, Lisa could immediately tell there was something not right with Project Bombshell. The weapon held within her was out of control and the next thing we knew, the explosions went off inside the lab. We were not ready for this power and there was nothing we could do now. Lisa, utterly defeated and helpless, gave into the roaring flames that she helped create. Project Bombshell was her pride and joy, the hope for humanity, and for all of it to end in failure was a fate worse than death.
Meanwhile on the battlefield, Ellis and team struggled to fight against the unearthly beings never before encountered. Suddenly Ellis received a call from the base informing him of what had just occurred in the lab. He felt himself go cold with dread as images of his beloved wife flooded his mind and he raced back to the base. Ellis burst into the smoking, burnt down lab to confirm his worst nightmare. He had wanted nothing more than to live a normal life with his family and not be caught up in these times, but we could not escape our fate.
Many scientists and soldiers lost their lives that day, and would continue to until we could perfect our craft. Project Bombshell was subdued and would remain in a pacified state until a day comes when we may find a use for her once again...
