Just to be clear, this is not a vent but more like a tribute/dedication to myself. I actually started this video 7 years ago back in Windows Movie Maker but I didn't get far and ended up abandoning it when I switched to Sony Vegas. Then about a month ago, I decided to revisit it and have been slowly piecing it together. It represents my journey towards recovery, from my lowest moments to the present. I'm pretty proud of how this came out but also nervous about uploading it. I don't know why but this video just makes me feel vulnerable, but I think it is important to put your story out there to help make mental health a "normal" thing to talk about.
