We Were Surrounded By Deer! We Got To Feed & Pet Them At The Wisconsin Deer Park In Wisconsin Dells!
While on a family trip to Wisconsin Dells, we had the chance to pay a visit to the Wisconsin Deer Park...and all of us totally loved it! Were we really surrounded by deer? Yes, at times it felt like it, and that was a good thing. The deer were everywhere and very, very tame. There were five of us, and we bought four packs of rye crackers in the Deer Park Gift Shop, as this is the only food you're allowed to give them. We enjoyed feeding them so much that we could've used another pack of them, but we made what we had last until the end of our adventure. At the time we were there, the packs of crackers cost $6.00 each, but were well worth it. You can go and just walk around and look at the deer and pet them if you want to, but the experience is so much more fun if you actually take part in feeding them.
