One of the many projects on our list has been to turn this dead ash trunk on the roadside into a living planter. Seeing that Sander was on his last day of chainsaw work on the land, we figured we could fit it in.
What seemed like a simple task, however, turned out to be a little bit of a challenge, seeing it was on a slope and we had some cleaning up to do, but by tomorrow—this project would get done.
In this video, we'll take you through how we cut the stump, moved the rest of the tree, turned the top into a planter, and what plants we decided to plant in there.
