Did you know: In the Asia-Pacific region, an estimated 60 per cent of micro-, small and medium enterprises are owned by women. However, currently, in the global procurement market, women-owned businesses secure only 1 per cent of spending.

WE RISE Together, the latest project of UN Women and the Australian Government will address this inequality and encourage the public and private sectors in Viet Nam to evolve their procurement policies to be more gender-responsive. The project is being implemented in Viet Nam from 2022 to 2025.
