Greetings! Today I want to deliver the patch and update for the Battlefield 2 [Bad Company] modification (patch V2.01) to you who have installed the V2.0 of the mod. The installation tutorial for this patch is at the end of the video.

Patch and update:

New Reshade:

This patch will update the game version from V1.41 to V1.5 (the latest BF2 version). This update will impact the gameplay quite significantly. Unless you're a commander, there will be no supply drops and artillery supports like the earlier game version (v1.41). And the bots are now silent (they still obey your orders but are not responding via radio). The patch also makes the game run in higher screen resolutions. The audio is also a bit crispier than V1.41 (more treble). The game is currently available for SINGLEPLAYER only, and if you want to play it on LAN, COOP, or Multiplayer games, do it at your own risk.
Also, there are some optimizations and new game mods for the Frostbite (Bad Company) maps. Now you can play the Rush mode on the Harvest Day and Laguna Alta maps. The recommended and balanced game settings are at the end of the video.
Manual optimization that may help you boost the FPS (reducing FOV):
Go to: Battlefield 2/mods/bc2/Objects_4.zip (open with Winrar)/soldiers/Common/SoldierCamera.tweak (open with text editor).
Change both "ObjectTemplate.worldFOV" and "ObjectTemplate.insideFOV" values to 1.1
There are 2 files, "Battlefield 2 BC Mod Patch.rar" and "[Additional] Battlefield 2 BC Mod NewReshade.rar". The "NewReshade" is optional, if you're having an issue with the older Reshade on your GPU (mostly RTX) for this mod, this additional file may help you to play the mod with Reshade.
