Energy Secretary Chris Wright gave a landmark speech on Monday morning at CERAWeek in which he said “We need more energy. Lots more energy.” He talked about energy poverty and pointed out that more than 2 million people are dying every year due to energy poverty. “Where is the COP conference for this far more urgent global challenge?” he asked.
