New York’s alt-energy push (100% zero-emission electricity by 2040) is being derailed by land-use conflicts. Nearly 10% of the 793 restrictions/rejections in the Renewable Rejection Database come from New York. The latest rejection happened in the town of Dunkirk. That rejection won’t be the last.
