In this video, we are exploring Forks Washington and Olympic National Park. We start this video with a hike in the Hoh Rainforest, and of course, we celebrate the 4th of July in Forks Washington.
Exploring the Olympic National Park and the Olympic Peninsula is so much fun there is a lot to do and we also have a great RV boondocking spot right on a river. The video starts where we enter the Hoh Rainforest and do two small hikes inside this national Park, Hall of Mosses Trail and Spruce Nature Trail. Both of these hikes are short but super fun and overall we think the Hoh rainforest section of Olympic National Park is worth the visit.
We also explore Forks Washington on the 4th of July. This small town actually has a huge 4th of July celebration. We team up with many other fulltime RV families and enter all the kids into the kid's parade. Forks Washington is small but super fun. The next day we go to Ruby Beach which is technically inside Olympic National Park as well. This great beach has a ton of drift logs, a beautiful creek, and log forts. Its a great time and we recommend visiting Ruby beach. Last but definitely not least we spend the majority of the week at our epic boondocking location. This spot allows us to float the river, camp for free and most importantly spend time with fellow RVers. You definitely need to explore the Olympic Peninsula.
