Why we never went to the hospital

Calling medical care a lack of faith doesn’t make someone spiritual. It puts lives at risk. When illness, injury, or even unconscious children are met with prayer, alone, instead of prayer AND treatment, the damage isn’t “devout,” it’s negligence. It's abuse. And it can be deadly. It's a crime.
