Meet Your Hosts:

Joanna Macy, PhD, is a renowned scholar of Buddhism, systems thinking, and deep ecology, who interweaves her scholarship with seven decades of activism experience. She is the author of 14 books, including "Coming Back to Life," and the creator of "The Work That Reconnects," a groundbreaking framework for personal and social change.

Jessica Serrante, a professionally certified coach with over 1,500 hours of experience, is a facilitator of "The Work That Reconnects" and a coach for climate leaders. With a Masters Degree from Parsons School of Design, where she studied urban climate resilience, Serrante has been a dedicated climate activist since 2007, serving on staff at organizations like Greenpeace and Rainforest Action Network.
