Notes
1 - Characters in column #9 are all unlockable. They can be unlocked by using similar methods to the unlockables in WM2k. The Action Replay cheat code to unlock everything also works as well.
2 - There was a limit to how many characters I could use in the defaust names, which I didn't realize until too late. That's why some names are shortened.
3 - I was limited in the rom I had to replace characters because of roster and graphic spaces. There were several more characters I wanted to add, but couldn't.
