Project Outsider: Hack Edition is a version of my previous Project Outsider No Mercy mod, except the graphics, movesets, and other things will be coded into the rom without the need of texture plugins or cheat codes to play it using a beta of Freem's VPW Studio (it's a private beta so I will not share it)
Another in the series of roster previews to show what has been done so far. These are the WCW wrestlers from the past and the future, who banded together across time to protect their home fed from the NWO.
