Wavy Blowout/Pinks & Brown/Blowdryer/Cell Activator

Paint mixture - 1 part paint, 1 part PVA, 1 part pouring medium, 2-3 parts Floetrol. Cell activator - White and black mixed with Australian Floetrol.
