Kiss Pour that I embellished

Hello I had a commission order for a Kiss Pour using blues and a bit of green. The customer wanted the saying "believe" added. I used my Cricut to cut out the vinyl saying.

Paint mixture: 1 part paint, 1 part PVA, 1 part pouring medium and 2 to 3 parts Floetrol to consistency.
