Here's a few tips and quick walk through, on how to install this new plugin for Howler: Watercolor FX

Assuming you already have Howler installed, you can add this plugin:

1. Turn off Howler session if currently running
2. Copy the 2 files of the new plugin into the Howler installation folder
3. Restart Howler

To find and run the plugin, go to: Filter - All plugins - Filters - Watercolor
