You can now select a text file with your multiple keywords to search for across all files in the folder.

You can also open a selected file from there directly to inspect it. And you can view the Match Matrix. This will show which keyword(s) were matched in which file(s).

This should be of interest during investigations and forensic work, before or after mass translation.
