LauraMixedMedia | Watercolor Botanical Elements - A Creative Way to Relax @LauraMixedMedia | Uploaded March 2021 | Updated October 2024, 11 hours ago.
A lot of people asked for a video of how I make my watercolor botanicals, so here it is! I didn't do a voice over for this one, I wanted it to be more of a relaxing video, and there's not a whole lot to say.
If you have any questions, pop them in the comments!
Supplies:
Watercolor Paper - 300gsm - I most often use Canson XL
Watercolors - I have many different colors and brands that I've pulled from. I mostly use Daniel Smith, Van Gogh, and Prima Marketing. I also have a handmade set from The Ocean Paper.
Favorite Daniel Smith Colors - Cascade Green, Iridescent Gold, Napthalmide Maroon, Duochrome Autumn Mystery
Favorite Van Gogh Colors - Khaki, Payne's Grey, Magenta, Napthol Red Light
