ToxicOxygen found that you can get actor glitch by reviving in water: youtube.com/watch?v=NYGHRFuwNrg, Hylian Freddy improved that finding by realizing the advantage of oob camera.

So here are setups for Water Temple central pillar without ZL/iron boots.

True for all setups: after fairy revival, only hold right until you climb the platform and quickly(pretty lenient) open the door (if the door is unlocked already, you have to wait a few extra frames before opening it)
Adult with bombs: 0:00 grab ledge, place bomb, move left and ledge clip with Z and wait for explosion;
Adult with chus: 0:49 grab ledge, shield a chu on 3rd black, move left and ledge clip with Z and wait for explosion;
Child with chus: 1:57 dlc setup youtube.com/watch?v=h-6hbR--WbU; after actor glitch: right side, backflip, 2 ess forward hovers, open the door
Child with bombs: 3:11 dlc setup by Aki youtube.com/watch?v=L4Ht5rU1KEY; after actor glitch: staircase hover and ess shuffle to open the door
