You need to load the lava room and return to the ice arrows room without unloading it, and that is done by a weirdshot or bomb push.

For the first method you need to weirdshot back into the room before the door closes.

For the locked door method you need to get to the room loading trigger before the door closes, that can be done by a megaflip or hess. It also works as adult but you need a key first so the other option is faster.
